Duties of the Board of Directors

IFCAE recognizes that serving on our Board of Directors is a voluntary act done out of kindness and a commitment to our Mission, and we are grateful for the time and energy that our Board has put forth toward making IFCAE a successful organization.

We have now reached a stage in our evolution in which we wish to expand our Board of Directors. We recognize that strong boards usually include members with diverse skills, such as fundraising, legal expertise, financial planning, public relations, etc.   Therefore, we are looking for a few skilled people who believe in our mission and who wish to help us become more visible, effective, and financially secure.
